Covenant Church Business Meeting

Dear Covenant Church Family:

This is a final reminder that we will hold our Annual Business Meeting this Sunday, December 11, at 11 AM immediately after the church service.  We hope you will attend church Sunday for both our church service and the business meeting to vote on a few important topics.  The agenda for the meeting is:

1 – Approve church budget – Joe Morgan

2 – Affirm Michelle and Edwina as Trustees – Ron Marks

3 – Approve Capital improvements budget – Joe Morgan and Craig Alexander

Attached are two files for you to review if you wish before Sunday – one file is the proposed budget Joe will discuss and the other is the proposed capital improvements that the church would like to make next year.

For any members who cannot be there on Sunday, but would like to vote on these three agenda items, you may give your proxy to any of the Trustees – Ron Marks, Joe, Morgan, Michelle Miller, Edwina Hope, or Craig Alexander.

Members will also be able to ask any questions they would like about anything Covenant related after voting on the agenda items is finished.  We look forward to seeing you this Sunday.
