Sorry I am late with today’s message. I am sitting in a hotel room in DeFuniak Springs, preparing for training tomorrow. I had a great trip here. I love driving alone. I can talk to God out loud, listen to books on tape or sing at the top of my lungs. (I do get some strange looks sometimes.) Today, I stopped in Tallahassee and did some work in the office, then made the trip later this afternoon. The good part is that I knew where I was going because I had been here before. It got me thinking, because of the amazing sacrifice Jesus made for us, we all know where we are going when we leave this earth. We may not know all of the details, but because of the action of a God who loves us more than we can imagine, our sins have been forgiven and the road to heaven is ours to take.
Wow! I know I am so undeserving of this gift, so I am going to celebrate EACH AND EVERY DAY, the fabulous grace I have been given. Don’t wait until Easter Sunday or Christmas Day to celebrate. Give Him your thankfulness each and every day. Happy Easter!
