Slow Connection
Oh my gosh. The hardest thing about moving out to Newberry has been the slower internet. I was doing a meeting online this morning and it was miserable. But the good news is, no matter how far away we get from God, we have instant access to Him. The connection never changes. We just have to use our access. That access comes in the form of prayer. We are really good at accessing God when we are hurting, or when we need something. (God has heard a lot from me these past 2 weeks about Edwina.) But do we take the time to just say, “Thank you for a beautiful sunny day?” Do we take the time to say, Wow, you are amazing!” I know I am guilty of not saying thank you enough.
You have instant connection with your Heavenly Father. Don’t forget to use it. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 tells us to; “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
Enjoy this beautiful day!
Shine, Shine, Shine!
