It is with joy and deep sorrow that I share that Rev. Jim Williams died unexpectedly at his home around 5:00 p.m. today. The joy is that he is with the Lord and his wife Shirley. At lunch, he told his daughter Ardie, “I told the Lord that if he wants to take me home He could!” He played word find and then went to his room and sat down in his recliner. Ardie went back to check on him before the visiting nurse came and he was gone. Pray for the family. A memorial service is planned, after churches are open, in Lehigh Acres Church of the Nazarene and something very simple at Covenant. Pray for the family please.
