The YAH Kitchen Band, under the Directorship of Vernon McKee, performed at the Millhopper Pines Club Room at 6 pm on Friday, February 21st. The YAH Band played and sang: This Land is your Land, When the Saints Go Marching in, She will be Coming around the Mountain, Carry me back to old Virginny, My Old Kentucky Home and Amazing Grace. Maurita stole the show with her funny stories. The performance was arranged by Jo Ann Arnold, member of Covenant Church and resident of Millhopper Pines. More than 20 residents were a great audience who sang along with the Band. The group enjoyed dinner before the performance. A contribution was made to Covenant church by Millhopper Pines.
