TGIF Covenant Update

TGIF

I sent last week’s TGIF message to you from Jackson Hole, Wyoming where
Cindy and I had just arrived to spend a week in Yellowstone and the Grand
Teton National Parks with Shelli and her family.  We returned home
yesterday, so today I am just sharing with you a few of the many photos we
took on our trip, all proclaiming the beauty of God’s work.

Job 12:7-10 – “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in
the sky, and they will tell you; 8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach
you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.  9 Which of all these does not
know that the hand of the Lord has done this?  10 In his hand is the life of
every creature and the breath of all mankind.

Although Old Faithful gets all the attention because it is one of the
largest and most regular spouting geysers in Yellowstone, did you know that
there are thousands of additional geysers and hot springs there spouting as
well, and all declaring their individual beauty, I attach one of those
pictures for you.

Psalm 96:11-12 – Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea
resound, and all that is in it.  12 Let the fields be jubilant, and
everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy.

Also, the wildlife is as plentiful and beautiful as advertised, and again
displays God’s handiwork in making the wildlife work together for God’s use.

Isaiah 43:20 – The wild animals honor me, the jackals and the owls, because
I provide water in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland, to give
drink to my people, my chosen.

There are a few additional photos of some of the beautiful spots as saw in
each of those parks, all illustrating God’s awesome plan for our world at
work.

Psalm 95:4-5 – In his hand are the depths of the earth,  and the mountain
peaks belong to him.  5 The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed
the dry land.

What more is there to say today?  Amen!
