Dear Covenant Family:
As many of you know, three of my February TGIF messages were related to the King Ministry, explaining how God brought us to it, how God was clearly present with us in our early days of support, and how the ministry has continued to grow and evolve. I then sent those TGIF messages to King to let him know what I had said about his ministry, and to inquire if he might be coming to the US anytime soon. I was surprised when he responded to me that he and his wife Priscilla had just flown to the United States and would be here for a month. I told him I would love it if he could visit Covenant while in the US, and we agreed to talk.
The result is that King and Priscilla will visit us at Covenant Church on Sunday, March 20. They cannot be here for our morning church service, but we agreed to meet from 4-6 PM that day at Covenant. King will use the first hour to update us on his ministry, and we will then have a social hour for folks to visit with King and Priscilla.
I am excited for this visit and I hope you can come to see and hear him speak. He is a great motivational speaker for God. Feel free to invite your family and friends to come and hear about this unique and successful African ministry.
I truly believe God is still working through Covenant Church in support of all our ministries, including the King Ministry.
