This message is an update to our April and May mission/ministry.  Praise God that our members are continuing to support Covenant Church during the coronavirus pandemic that is keeping us apart. This is allowing us to keep up with our mission ministry/support that is a vital part of our church life.

Our April Ministry is the King Ministry (also known as the Alabaster Project) in Ghana.  We have sent you a number of their newsletters to keep you up on the growth of their ministry and successes they are having in their Africa ministry.

Our May ministry is Bread of the Mighty Food Bank.  There are tremendous food needs for our local residents in Alachua County so we have moved up the support of this ministry to help supply this need.  Joe has already sent them $500 representing the church’s contribution to this ministry. 

Any additional giving by members this month for either of these two ministries will be sent to them early in June.  You can send a check just for a ministry or include it with your regular giving check and just include a note for Edwina how much should go to one or each ministry.
