Dear Covenant Family:
We just learned that Pat Smittle died on Christmas night. Her funeral service will be held tomorrow (December 29), at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Meadows (mausoleum) at Forest Meadows Central Memorial Park 4100 NW 39th Avenue Gainesville, FL. Pat and her husband Burl were founding members of Covenant Church and were church leaders for many years.
Also, we have prayer requests for Mack Vlacos who is feeling better but still not well, and for Carl Romey that he does not get COVID as Shirley tested positive a few days ago. Also, a very good friend of Cindy’s and mine has just been diagnosed with lung cancer, and in the next 2 weeks he will learn more about his disease and treatment options.
Please keep all these people and their families in your prayers.
