Dear Covenant Family:
Sunday was another good day at Covenant. We had 30 people present and Don Mason did a great job, as he always does. The title of Don’s message was Setting Your GPS for Home. His message focused on how we all have our GPS systems set up to point us to home when we are heading there. He told us that Jesus is The Way in our lives and we are always on our path home to Him, and that we need to live our lives as such.
Attached is the bulletin from the service, be sure to read in the bulletin Tina’s additions titled Have a Chuckle and have a good laugh. Also read the poem by Margaret Scott Hall titled Life is Too Short and be sure you are applying it to your life!! This message ties in well with Don’s sermon!!
The good news about Edwina is that she has been moved out of intensive care into a private room. Today she is scheduled to have a procedure that will help the doctors better identify her problem so they can treat it. Please continue to pray for Edwina, her family, and the medical team caring for her!
It was great to see Bobby and Patsy Sutton at church yesterday. They both looked good and Bobby is now sporting a beard!
Next Sunday we will have Richard Parker lead our service. Be there if you can to welcome Richard and Priscilla.
May you all have a very blessed week!
Ron
