Covenant Update

Dear Covenant Family:

We had a good service at Covenant today, with 34 folks attending today’s service.  Attached is the bulletin from the service, please note More Sentence Sermons from Tina.

Tina had a praise report this morning for Kim Haddow, a friend of hers, that Kim just received a cancer-free report from her doctor.  The other praise report was for the return of Tina, Missy, and Craig after they all missed last week due to illness.  Otherwise, we ask everyone to continue praying for all our current Prayer List folks, including – Darlene Sanchez hopefully had her needed surgery this past Friday, so keep her in your prayers, Carol King recovering from a bad fall at her home, Diane Mauldin’s sister and husband are visiting with their missionary adult child, Marilyn Bishop, Teresa Robbins, Patsy Sutton, Mack Vlacos, Pastor Carl, Pastor Don’s sister with pneumonia, Lori Benz’ sister Robbie, and Cindy and my friend being treated for lung cancer. 

Pastor Don’s sermon was titled When Everything is Not Enough and his scripture was Ephesians 5:15-20 and Acts 16:22-30.  His sermon was recorded and should be available to listen to by tomorrow sometime.  If you cannot make it to church, you can still listen to all of Pastor Don’s sermons on our Covenant website, available at https://gainesvillecovenantchurch.org/.
