We had a great service at Covenant yesterday with 14 attendees.  We sang Happy Birthday to Carole King whose birthday was September 11, to Michelle Miller whose birthday was a week ago, and to Carol Purpura – so it was a busy day for birthday wishes. 

Carl and Craig Alexander delivered all the Pine Grove products to them this past Thursday, after having them sit in the corner of our church since August because of coronavirus concerns at Pine Grove.  It was great to finally get these needed items to the folks there that really can use them.  The next month for Pine Grove collections will in in November.

Note that our September Mission is hurricane relief, and we will decide where to sent those support dollars at the end of the month.  If you want to make a specific donation to this mission, please just note “Hurricane Relief” on your check.

Attached is this week’s church bulletin.  Please note the folks needing prayer requests, including Larry and Helen Ann both of whom have contracted Covid-19.  Please pray for them, and if you would like to send them a note, their address is 233 Turkey Creek, Alachua FL 32615.

Also, Carl and Shirley will be flying to Texas this week to visit their “Brazilian kids”.  Please pray for traveling mercies for them, and good health for Carl.

Finally, remember that we have plenty of books and puzzles at church if anybody would like new reading materials or puzzles to help pass the time as Covid-19 still remains with us all.  We look forward to when we can all be together again at Covenant.
