Covenant Prayer List Update

Dear Covenant Family:

Last night I received updates on three folks on our Prayer List so I wanted to update you on the news.

Counts Booth has been in the hospital since Thursday morning feeling weak.  He has been on oxygen since going into the hospital, but was told his vitals were good.  Then on Thursday afternoon, he was diagnosed with COVID.  The good news last night is that the COVID case was mild and, hopefully, he will be released to go home today.  Imagine a 105 year old man getting admitted to the hospital, gets diagnosed with COVID, and it turns out to be a mild case.  Please keep praying for Counts and his family.

Carl Romey’s nephew Duane is also continuing to slowly get better.  His wife can now visit him occasionally, before she could not see him at all.  Please keep praying for Duane and the Romey family.

Unfortunately, the news is not as good for Edwina.  She had been moved out of the hospital this past week to a care facility, but now has been moved back to Shands with a medical setback.  We will try to get more information today, but this was not good news.  Please keep Edwina and her family in your prayers as well.

Colossians 4:2 – Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
