Dear Covenant members:

 

Next Sunday, December 6, we will hold our annual church meeting immediately following the church service, shortly after 11 AM.  There are two agenda items we will vote on:

 

Agenda item 1 – Approve the church budget. If you have any questions, please email me or any Trustee, and they will be glad to answer it.  The vote is to approve the church budget – Yes or No.

 

Agenda item 2 – Vote for one new Trustee.  Joe Morgan’s 3 year term ended this year, so his position needs to be filled.  Joe has agreed to run for another 3 year term as Trustee and Treasurer.  Noone else has offered to run for this open position.  So the vote is to confirm Joe – Yes or No.

 

We realize that many church members will not be able to attend this year’s meeting.  So we are allowing some additional options for voting.  Your voting options are explained below.

 

Voting option 1 – Attend the meeting and vote in person.

 

Voting option 2 – Vote by email.  If you prefer this option, please email (ronmarks06@cox.net), text or call (352-870-9843) Ron Marks with your vote and it will be counted next Sunday.

 

Voting option 3 – Give your proxy vote to someone attending the meeting, and they can vote for you.
