In November 2020 we collected items for the residents of Pine Grove Apartments. Now suddenly we realize we are in another month with five Sundays and we have not started collecting more items. Teresa called me to remind us to “Get in Gear.” They constantly need paper products and washing detergent. We all know the drill! So let’s do our best to assist this community who survives on very limited income. We appreciate your faithfulness across these years. May we all sense God’s presence during these difficult days of the Covid19 pandemic and national turmoil. We are not alone. “Dear God, We call on you to give us not only give us peace but the power to know your presence and power. We have a variety of needs please be with our families and our nation, state and city. May we be yielded to you in a fresh new way in 2021. Help us to honor you as we call for physical and emotional healing. Be with those we love and support at Pine Grove as we do small things to help them through daily tasks. Amen.” Thank you everyone for doing the best we can. Bring in whatever items you can afford to assist our needy friends at Pine Grove starting this Sunday. May God bless us all!
